4. LOGISTICS & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Local Routing: Travel within 30 miles of Studio City (91604) is strictly complimentary.

  • Regional Operations: For events 30–120 miles out (OC, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs), transparent flat-rates are mapped out to handle transit and equipment safety.

  • Destination & Fly-Dates: For productions exceeding 120 miles, travel and lodging requirements are coordinated post-call via your custom Music Services Suite and secured in your final Music Booking Suite to guarantee on-time arrival.
