THE ARTIST

High-energy live saxophone performances designed to play alongside your hired DJ. (Note: Requires your DJ or venue to provide the main speaker system).

Included in all Artist packages:

  • DJ Sync: Pre-event coordination with your DJ on soundcheck, audio levels, cue timings, song keys, and transitions to dial in the live saxophone mix.

  • Planner & Venue Coordination: Direct advance coordination on timeline, venue logistics, power requirements, and staging.

  • Custom Spotlight Songs: Tailored live saxophone arrangements mapped directly to your priority timeline cues (e.g., Processional, Grand Entrance, First Dance).

  • The Studio Phase & Music Blueprint: Comprehensive pre-production to map your setlists, timings, and final run-of-show.

  • Wireless Mobility: Full wireless freedom to move through the space and perform directly on the dance floor.

  • Complete full-day live music direction with up to 3 hours of live saxophone performances spread across your timeline (e.g., guest arrival, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and peak dance sets).

  • Dynamic live saxophone sets tailored to your timeline—providing up to 2 hours of live performance across a 5-hour dedicated onsite window (e.g., cocktail hour plus high-energy reception dance sets, or split across dinner and featured moments).

  • A high-energy live saxophone feature with up to 1 hour of performance across a 3-hour dedicated onsite window, designed to elevate peak-hour reception dancing alongside your DJ.

The all-in-one DJ/Live Sax-hybrid experience. Includes professional sound systems, live DJ sets, MC hosting, and live saxophone performances in one seamless setup.

  • Dedicated sound system, wireless vow/officiant mics, and bespoke live saxophone scoring from pre-ceremony guest arrival through processional walks and recessional exit (up to 2 hours of dedicated onsite coverage).

  • Atmospheric live saxophone performance paired with a dedicated sound system and curated background playlist to set the vibe for your cocktail space (up to 2 hours of dedicated onsite coverage).

  • Turnkey live saxophone entertainment, pro sound setup, wireless speech mic, and tailored music curation for corporate mixers, galas, and private VIP events (up to 2.5 hours of dedicated onsite coverage).

ADD-ONS

Specialized audio reinforcement and custom studio assets to customize your package.

  • Available to pair with any Production booking: Adds dedicated low-end subwoofers and reinforced high-output audio for large dance floors or high-capacity event spaces.

  • Available to pair with any Artist booking: Up to 60 minutes of custom-arranged, studio-grade audio engineered specifically for live saxophone integration. Delivered as a continuous set or split into targeted timeline cues (e.g., Grand Entrance, First Dance, dance floor sets), and provided directly to your hired DJ or venue audio lead in advance for seamless, plug-and-play playback.

  • Available to pair with any booking: A bespoke live saxophone arrangement and tailored backing track of a specific requested song, mapped precisely to your key timeline moment (e.g., Processional, Grand Entrance, First Dance).

HOW I WORK

1. SETTING THE STAGE

  • Studio Pre-Production: Applying professional film/TV scoring and music supervision standards directly to your event.

  • The Music Blueprint: A custom sonic roadmap mapped around your aesthetic, spotlight moments, and requests—curating a distinct identity without a rigid, canned playlist.

  • Calculated Flexibility: Thorough pre-production creates the structural foundation to read the room and pivot energy dynamically in real time.

3. WIRELESS MOBILITY

  • Tour-Grade Wireless: High-quality wireless audio routing that eliminates stage barriers and cable constraints.

  • Immersive Experience: From atmospheric cocktail textures to peak-hour reception sets, the performance happens directly on the floor, delivering live saxophone inside the crowd rather than from on a stage or behind a booth.

4. LOGISTICS & TRAVEL

  • Local Travel: Included travel coverage for all venues within 30 miles of Studio City, Los Angeles (91604).

  • Regional Travel: Transparent flat-rate travel fees for events 30–120 miles out (e.g., Orange County, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs) covering transit time, mileage, and gear transport.

  • Destination & Fly-Dates: For productions beyond 120 miles, dedicated travel, flights, and lodging logistics are fully mapped into your custom proposal for seamless execution.
