I'll start with a complimentary consultation to perfectly tailor the sound and atmosphere for your event.

All packages include:

  • Comprehensive Music Planning: We'll design the perfect atmosphere for your event.

  • Signature Freestyle Sax: Using 20+ years of combined experience as a performer, music supervisor, and music producer for TV & Film, I score your event in real time. I'll perform live saxophone over any song, creating a unique, interactive experience that matches your guests' energy.

  • Spotlight Songs: Choose up to three key songs for your event, and I will create and perform custom saxophone arrangements for those special moments.

  • Bespoke Studio Mix: Your event's soundtrack, produced by me. I’ll craft a continuous, studio-quality mix based on your favorite music, ensuring a seamless flow of energy all night.

Cocktail & Dance Floor

  • Includes: Three total performance hours (1-hr Cocktail, 2-hrs Dancing) across a single 5-hour event window to bookend your celebration with high-energy music.

  • Sound: A hybrid solution is included. I provide my sound system for the Cocktail Hour; the Dancing portion collaborates with your hired DJ.

Ceremony & Cocktail

  • Includes: Two hours of live saxophone for a soulful and sophisticated atmosphere for your vows and cocktail hour.

  • Sound: Includes my professional sound system, and a Bespoke Studio Mix for a seamless soundtrack.

Signature Reception

The Fine Print

Booking & Payment

  • A personalized proposal will be sent following our initial consultation.

  • A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date.

  • Overtime is billed at $300 per 30-minute increment and requires approval from both client and performer.

  • All rates are for the 2026 season and are guaranteed only with a signed contract.

Logistics & Fees

  • Travel: Travel fees are billed at $100/hour for a roundtrip from Studio City, CA (91604).

  • Extensive Travel: Events requiring lodging or extensive travel may require a full-day buyout rate. This will be discussed and quoted during the proposal stage.

  • Idle Time: Any on-site time where performance is not required (e.g., early setup, extended delays) is billed as Idle Time at $150/hour.

  • Relocation Fee: A $100 fee applies if the sound system must be moved to a second location during the event.

Performance & Technical

  • Performance Breaks: A 15-minute break is taken for every two hours of continuous performance to ensure high-energy delivery. A curated music mix will be played during all breaks.

  • Sound System: The standard professional sound system is included and is ideal for intimate to medium-sized events. Upgraded systems for larger crowds are available by quote.

  • Music Curation: Your three custom "Spotlight Song" arrangements are guaranteed when the Music Planning Form is completed at least 30 days prior to your event.

  • A La Carte Services: All À La Carte and Add-On services must be booked in conjunction with a live performance package.

General Terms

  • Insurance: I carry full liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue upon request.

  • Attire: My standard attire is a professional, all-black suit. Specific attire requests can be accommodated.
